MountainOps AI ("MountainOps AI," "we," "us," or "our") is a business operated by Branden W Daugaard in Utah. We build AI receptionist services for local businesses. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Information you give us: your name, business name, type of business, phone number, and email address, for example when you call our demo line, book a call, or contact us.
• Phone call information: when you call our demo line or a line we operate, we receive your caller ID phone number. Calls may be recorded and transcribed by our AI system so we can follow up on your request and improve our service.
• Scheduling information: if you book a call with us, we receive the details you enter in our scheduling tool.
• Website information: basic technical information your browser sends when you visit our website, such as device type and pages viewed.

How we use your information

• To respond to your request and follow up about our services
• To schedule and hold calls with you
• To send you text messages you have agreed to receive (see the SMS section below)
• To provide, operate, and improve our services
• To comply with legal obligations

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us run our business, such as providers of phone and text messaging, AI voice and language processing, automation, scheduling, email, and data storage. These providers may use your information only to provide services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Information we handle for our clients

When we operate an AI receptionist for a client business, we process information from that business's callers (such as names, phone numbers, and service requests) on the client's behalf, only to provide the service to that client. That information belongs to the client business, and its use is also governed by the client's own privacy practices.

SMS / text messaging

If you agree to receive text messages from us, for example by agreeing during a call to our demo line that we may text you a scheduling link, we will send you messages related to that request, such as a link to book a call and follow-up about our services.

• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help, or email branden@mountainopsai.com.
• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of information sharing described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Data retention and security

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described above, or as required by law. We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing branden@mountainopsai.com. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.

Children's privacy

Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page.
